7-day returns
If you are not happy with an item you can return it within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging and with all tags/seals intact.
How to return
Contact us with your order number. We will arrange a pickup or give you return instructions. Once the item is received and inspected we will issue an exchange or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders, within 5-7 working days of inspection.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons opened makeup and skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.
